How you’ll help

Account Management

  • You will work with the Account Director to provide additional support on client initiatives.
  • You will help support and manage internal agency initiatives
  • You have an active role in new business proposals.
  • You help lead client meetings and proactively contribute a point-of-view
  • You’re a skilled and active listener and can translate a client’s needs to our creative team effectively

Project Management

  • You will assign and track work in Basecamp for client projects
  • You will set up projects when they kick off (Basecamp, Harvest, client coordination tools, etc)
  • You will schedule internal team reviews/meetings as needed
  • You will schedule client calls/meetings via Zoom or in-person
  • You will attend meetings and take notes; develop client recaps and assign action items
  • You send daily/weekly status reports to clients (as appropriate)
  • You send reminder emails to the team about timesheets/budgets
  • You will organize assets/file management
  • You will manage vendors and get quotes
  • You will collaborate with AD to prepare estimates for existing clients.
  • You review/edit briefs and other items prepared by the account director
  • You will alert account director of any budget, workflow, or deadline concerns

What you'll bring

  • Bachelors level degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years previous agency or brand firm experience
  • Experience with digital projects
  • Basic understanding of brand strategy and creative processes
  • Experience with scoping projects, drafting briefs and managing budgets
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills: written and verbal
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients
  • A team player-attitude and a dedicated work ethic
  • A strong desire to continue learning
